Kelli Farhat

Occupational Therapist

Kelli is a board-certified and licensed Occupational Therapist, recognized for her exceptional achievements, including the "Outstanding Occupational Therapy Student Award" from the University of St. Augustine in Miami, FL. Based in San Diego, California, Kelli specializes in supporting individuals recovering from upper extremity injuries caused by repetitive motions, sports, and work-related incidents.

In her practice, Kelli takes a holistic approach, integrating the Pilates method into her rehabilitation program. She has honed her skills through training with renowned experts Rael Isacowitz and Annie Stewart, focusing on contemporary and classical exercises.

Outside of work, Kelli enjoys running, practicing yoga, Pilates, and snowboarding. She also loves exploring new restaurants around the San Diego area.

Kelli's mission is to provide a gentle, yet comprehensive exercise program tailored to everyone, fostering recovery, and preventing future injuries. Her deep understanding of the human body, coupled with her expertise in injury prevention and holistic strength training, makes her a valuable asset in the home health setting.

Krista Schofield

Occupational Therapist

Krista graduated from Kansas state university earning a degree in Kinesiology. During her undergraduate studies at KSU she was on the cheer team for the Wildcat's. Krista went on to earn her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO.   

After graduating OT school, she focused her work and studies in Hand Therapy, working closely with mentors and hand surgeons earning her certification in hand therapy, CHT. Krista has worked in the Los Angeles area for the last 20 years until moving back to San Diego in 2023.  She has worked with top hand surgeons around the country with most of her time spent at Cedars Sinai medical center and St. John's Medical Center seeing a variety of orthopedic and neurological hand and upper extremity injuries. She has taught courses in splinting for hand injuries.  Krista is also a personal trainer and amateur running coach focusing on injury prevention while attaining goals for an aging population. 

Outside of Occupational therapy Krista enjoys designing jewelry, painting, yoga, and is most often found in the water on her longboard surfing as much as possible.

Kimberly Tribe

Occupational Therapist

Kim received a Bachelor of Science degree from Keuka College in Keuka Park, NY. Kim has worked in a wide variety of settings throughout her 25 year plus long career, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, long term acute care, and home health. Kim is proud to have specialized in geriatric care for the entirety of her career.

Kim is proud to provide compassionate care to all clients she works with, and thoroughly enjoys providing high quality care to all individuals she comes in contact with.

When not working as an OT, Kim enjoys nature photography, hiking, travel, and being a mom to her two daughters.
